Dr. Shefali Samir Bhujbal

Dr. Shefali Bhujbal, born in Mumbai, is a multifaceted personality with accomplishments spanning education, social development, entrepreneurship, and the arts. She Is a Trained Bharatnatyam Dancer, Academically accomplished, she holds a B.Sc in Botany, Master's in Marketing Management, and a Ph.D. in Social Responsibility. She is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. on “Impact of Spirituality in Organizational Growth” from Pune University and has also completed six contact modules of the Post Graduate Program in Development Management at S.P. Jain, Mumbai. 

With over a decade of corporate experience in the shipping and export industry and an award-winning tenure as a financial advisor with Max Life Insurance, she has received numerous recognitions including a place in the prestigious ‘ACES’ book for top-performing advisors. She is also the author of few books in English and Marathi and has filed intellectual property rights (IPR) for her innovative contributions in the education sector.

Dr. Bhujbal, in her role as the Chief Administrator at MET Bhujbal Knowledge City, Nashik, is deeply committed to holistic student development, fostering an environment that integrates academic excellence with cultural, ethical, and leadership growth. In parallel, through her personal efforts and institutional initiatives such as MET-BKC Seva, MET Arpan Wing, and the Bhujbal Foundation, she has been instrumental in the adoption and transformation of several villages in Nashik district. Her focus extends to education, empowerment, and rural development, aiming to uplift underserved communities through structured and sustainable interventions.
A nationally and internationally exhibited artist, her work has been showcased at renowned galleries including Jehangir Art Gallery, Nehru Art Gallery, and Gallery 76 in Dubai. Her creative journey is interwoven with her mission to uplift society, making her a true embodiment of purposeful living through education, innovation, service, and art.
