Active Supporter of Save Girl Child Campaign

In 2013, she participated in a save girl child campaign at the Lilavati Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai, where she and her daughter walked the ramp at the JW Marriot in Juhu, Mumbai to show support for the cause.  In addition, Shefali has executed the "मी जिंकेनच.." save girl child campaign in various underprivileged areas of the Nasik District to educate and empower women and stop the practice of female foeticide.

Cancer Awareness

Shefali has also participated in other campaigns, including a walk for Shaina NC at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai along with Bollywood Celebrities, to raise awareness for cancer patients and a walk at the Express Inn in Nashik to raise awareness for dyslexic children through the Concept Forum and Inner Circle.

Water Warrior

Dr. Shefali Bhujbal has been instrumental in the "पाणी अडवा पाणी जिरवा.." (Save Water Conserve Water) campaign organized by the Bhujbal Foundation. This campaign aims to improve catchment Areas for water in the Nashik district and also create awareness about the importance of water conservation and to encourage individuals to adopt sustainable water management practices

Idol Donation during Ganpati

In 2017, Dr. Shefali Bhujbal alongside the National Service Scheme (NSS) students from the Institute of Engineering and Pharmacy at Bhujbal Knowledge City (MET-BKC) initiated a program to collect and dispose of Ganesh idols during the festival to prevent water pollution. The collection center was set up on the Ghats of the Godavari River, and approximately 1400 idols were collected and handed over to the Municipal Corporation.

Tree Plantation

Dr. Shefali Bhujbal and the team at MET Seva has engaged in tree plantation efforts in the Adgaon area of Nashik (over 3000 trees planted). Planting trees is an important way to improve the environment and contribute to the health and well-being of the local community. In 2017, Dr. Shefali Bhujbal and the staff and students of Bhujbal Knowledge City (MET-BKC) participated in the Vanmahotsav program, a mass-level tree planting initiative organized by the government of Maharashtra. The goal of the program was to sustain the environment through the planting of 4 crore trees, From July 1st to 5th, the entire of MET-BKC both Adgaon and Gowardhan participated in the program, planting more than 700 saplings on the MET-BKC campus and surrounding areas. Pharmacy and engineering students also each adopted two plants, taking responsibility for planting, nurturing, and caring for them to ensure their growth.

Transforming Lives by Imparting Education

Dr. Shefali Bhujbal has also been actively involved in social upliftment and charitable efforts. Through her efforts with MET-BKC in Nashik, she has adopted villages of Kone (Trimbakeshwar), Nagosali (Igatpuri), and Gawlana (Nashik) and has provided support for the education and financial freedom of the Villages. Since 2009, she has participated in a range of initiatives aimed at helping the needy and empowering communities, including providing infrastructure facilities, promoting environmental awareness, and offering education and training to the residents of the adopted villages of Kone and Nagosali, She has donated computers and provided computer training to schools in the adopted villages. The institute has also taken on the responsibility of providing complete education for the children of martyred soldiers.

Empowering Women

In addition to these efforts, Shefali and Bhujbal Foundation have provided training for Adivasi women in jewelry making and other product manufacturing, which allows them to sell their products at the Kala Ghoda festival and other retail outlets for financial independence.

Health

During the COVID-19 pandemic Her initiative and guidance along with MET-BKC, created a 300-bed temporary hospitalization and oxygen facility for coronavirus patients. For years, Dr. Shefali Bhujbal has been actively involved in blood donation efforts through the MET Arpan Wing.
